Sponsorship Opportunities
This category is limited to five organizations active in different fields and the minimum contribution is 25.000 EUR.

The Sponsor Organization (the Sponsor from here on) will be provided with a stand in one of the prime spots of the exhibition hole.

The Sponsor can be provided with a right to make an address in one of the sessions.

The Sponsor will be given the right to attend VIP lunch and dinner.

The Sponsor’s logo will be prominently displayed on the conference website as Platinum Sponsor and linked to the Sponsor’s own website.

The Sponsor will be provided 5 invitations to delegates from the Sponsor Organization.

The Sponsor can promote its sponsorship in its

Information brochures, adverts, etc.

On Conference invitations and announcements,

Gold Sponsor
This category is limited to ten organizations active in different fields and the minimum contribution is 10.000 EUR.

The Sponsor organization (the sponsor from here on) will be provided with a stand in the exhibition hole.

The Sponsor can be provided with a right to make an address in one of the concurrent sessions.

The Sponsor will be given the right to attend VIP lunch and dinner.

The Sponsor Institution can promote its sponsorship in its

Other Sponsorship
Conference Activity Sponsor
Sponsorship conditions under this category will be determined after discussions with the interested parties. Sponsors will receive benefits similar to those listed above for Gold and Silver Sponsors, however, being proportional to their contributions. Conference bags, T-Shirts, and other materials, to be distributed to the delegates at registration, as well as coffee break hospitality offers, etc. are considered under this category.
Media Sponsor
The Media Sponsor will promote the conference on the media and terms and conditions will be mutually agreed upon by the Media Institution and TRAEE Sponsorship Committee.
